Online Plug-in is a web extension for Saral PayPack or any other existing Payroll software. This web module is very easy to deploy on a simple web server, enabling it to be deployed on Intranet or Internet, as per user's choice.
This web module, basically intends to offer easy and secured way to access Payroll, by Employees, Team Leaders, HR, Accounts, Management and Administrators.

This online plug-in can be implemented at the desired location by client [Eg: www.yourwebsite.com/payroll]. Once the user completes payroll processing at his payroll software, he can upload the data to Online Plug-in. This data Transfer will enable the online plug-in to provide information and activate its functions to all types of users.
The plug-in deployment is simple and can be activated within very short time. You may also wish to have a look at the Prerequisites and the Deployment procedure.
Once activated, each employee of will be getting an automatic user name/password for there mobile [as SMS] and an email to their email account, which will enable them to log in to the respective website.
Once the employee logs in, he/she can view only their Salary Slip, Attendance Detail, Leave Register, Medical Reimbursement detail, Loan/Advance status, TDS Informaions/declarations, Assets & detail along with their complete HR Details such as contact information which can be updated by an employee.
This will also enable employees to log-in and enter the investment details and check the liability of TDS on their own, which will get updated automatically to respective HR along with notification. This will help HR to get investment details from each individual employee, estimate the tax liability, collecting the proof of investment without much man power involvement. When year end approaches, system will keep a track of auto reminder for investment proof collection.

Employee Profile – Employee Can view his complete profile, including contact details as per HR record, HR Details such as educational information, blood group, passport no etc. This information is updatable by employee on his own if any changes or additional information’s are required to be added.
Holiday List-Employee can view complete year holiday list for his reference & Planning
Employee Summary – Employee Can view Complete Past Salary, Leave, Reimbursement, Loan, Advance, PF, ESI, PT, Arrears, Bonus, Ex-Gratia details etc.
Leave Management – Employee can apply leave online, which will go to his boss for sanction, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status. Once employee applies leave an automatic email will be forwarded to his boss.
Loan - Employee can submit Loan request online, which will go to HR or Team Leader for consideration, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status.
Advance - Employee can submit Advance request online, which will go to HR or Team Leader for consideration, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status.
Leave Encashment - Employee can submit Leave Encashment request online, which will go to HR or Team Leader for consideration, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status.
Leave Cancellation - Employee can submit Leave Cancellation request online, which will go to HR or Team Leader for consideration, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status.
Reimbursement - Employee can submit Reimbursement request, such as Medical, Travel reimbursement etc. online, which will go to HR or Team Leader for consideration, once after sanction or rejection it will indicate employee about the status.
TDS-Salary Details – Employee will get single window view of salary drawn so far along with extra- polited salary during the same financial year to get the clear picture of TDS deduction.
TDS-Investment Details – An employee can make online investment details declaration and re estimate the liability of Tax online.
Asset details – employee will get single window view of asset details which is with him/her issued by company.
ITR Returns- Employee can generate and file on his own income tax (ITR) return which can be filed through Income Tax Department website. |

Employee Profile – Team Leader Can View his junior/co-workers Profile with out depending on HR Department.
Employee Summary – Team Leader Can View his junior/co-worker complete Past Salary, Leave, Reimbursement, Loan, Advance, PF, ESI, PT, Arrears, Bonus, Ex-Gratia details etc.
Leave Management – When the request comes from his Junior/co-worker for sanction of leave, he can view online leave summary of respective employee and take a decision on sanctioning the leave. Once Leave gets sanctioned employee will also get an automatic email confirmation on sanction of leave.
Team Leader will be in the loop when his juniors/ co-worker makes online request for Loan, Advance, Leave Encashment, Leave Cancellation, Reimbursement etc.
Team Leader Can View, Print and export data of Salary, employee profile, attendance, leave, Assets belongs to his juniors/co-worker for the purpose of various MIS preparations. |

Employee Profile – If any update or change made by an employee in each employee contact details, HR Details such as educational information, blood group, passport no etc through online, HR will get an single window update where we can accept/reject the changes to append our permanent master database.
Employee Summary – as details of employee Complete Past Salary, Leave, Reimbursement, Loan, Advance, PF, ESI, PT, Arrears, Bonus, Ex-Gratia details etc available online, HR department won’t get much telephonic or personal data verification calls.
Leave Management – HR department need not required to co-ordinate with many departments before processing the salary to get the leave details as all details will be made available online.
Process handling of Loan, Advance, Leave Encashment will become fully automated system
Reimbursement related query for each employee about their pending claims, eligibility will drastically come down as data would be made available to each employee.
TDS Management –
- Employee will get an automatic estimation of Tax based on salary of April and proposed investment
- Employee Can declare online Investment Details which will make HR department to save lot of entry to the system to re-estimate the tax liability
- HR can send the reminder for the people who have not made the Investment declaration
- During Year end, HR also can send reminder for submitting Proof of Investments & keep a track of same.
- HR can directly upload form 16 which is again inter-connected with ITR xml generation software.
HR can keep a track of asset which is lying with employees. |
